Steve and Jenn met at Lodo's Bar and Grill in 2011 when Jenn was his waitress and became fast friends. The next 7 years they saw each other around town, dated a few times, then lost touch, made some important mistakes and grew up a bit. Steve slid into Jenn's DMs on Facebook in October 2018. They were both single and just happened to live across the street from each other. Steve walked to the apartment complex next door to watch the Rockies game together, and they've been partners in crime ever since. Fun facts: * Jenn and Steve's sister Melissa were in choir together in high school, and even went to Costa Rica together for a choir tour. * S & J grew up about 10 minutes away from each other and went to the same high school - Jenn was a freshman when Steve was a senior. * Steve met Jenn's brother Mike before meeting Jenn when Mike was a host at Red Robin. * Steve's Best Man, Peter's mom worked in the same maternity department as Jenn's mom for years before they met. The couple bought a house together in 2021 and live with their 12-year-young dog Bailey in Castle Rock, about 20 minutes north of the wedding venue. and within an hour of all their immediate family. They look forward to a life together with lots of love on a little piece of land just outside the city where you can see the stars, with a couple kids, lots of plants, and as many animals as Jenn can rationalize.
