We understand, but you will be missed! Please let us know if you cannot attend ASAP and respond "Will not be attending" on RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Please RSVP no later than July 02, 2025 using the QR code on your formal invitation (will be sent at a later date), or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. Our vendors and venue will need guest counts by a certain date, due to this we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs. We will be sending reminders out; however, please be sure to RSVP as early as possible. Thank you in advance!
While we would love to accept plus one's for everyone, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on your wedding RSVP. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to seeing you at the wedding!
The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony so that you can mingle and find your seat.
Our venue is approximately 50 minutes away from Waikiki hotels; therefore, we are providing transportation via bus for our guests. The bus will pick up guests promptly at 2:00 pm at the 'Alohilani Waikiki Resort Hotel; please do not be late as this bus will leave on time. Note: the bus will make one trip to the venue and one trip back to the hotel. Keep this in mind if you do not plan to stay for the entire wedding duration. 'Alohilani Waikiki Resort Hotel Address: 2490 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815
Yes, our venue has free on-site parking. Using any GPS navigation application, type in Paliku Gardens at Kualoa Ranch, and follow that route provided to the guest parking. If that is not displaying, type in 49-560 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744. Follow the below instructions: 1. When you turn into the Ranch parking lot KEEP RIGHT at the fork (it is a one-way road). 2. Continue driving through the parking lot up the hill labeled with the sign “Authorized Vehicles Only” to the right (there are usually green ranch buses parked near this road). PLEASE DRIVE VERY SLOW, THERE ARE LOTS OF TOURS AND FOOT TRAFFIC IN THE AREA. 4. Carefully follow this road to the top of the hill, over the Horse Crossing (there are often many ranch guests, vehicles, and horses in this area. Please be mindful of your speed). 5. Follow the road to the top of the hill, veering up the right-hand side to the labeled “Guest Parking” areas. You may park in any of the labeled grassy lots. 6. You made it - walk to the green pavilion to meet your party!
When do we ever get the chance to dress up?! We want to see all of your gorgeous outfits. Think cocktail attire with a tropical flare. We will be located in a mountain area so there is a high chance of a drizzle/rain, so keep this in mind when choosing your shoes (stilettos are probably not a good idea). Please try to refrain from casual attire (e.g., jeans, shorts, tennis shoes).
Kids are welcome at both ceremony and reception. Please step aside at the ceremony if baby/child is crying/upset/making lots of noise. The couple would like to share this moment without distraction. Note on children's meal: All children 9 and under will be given a dinner plate of chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, and veggies.
Please let the couple know ASAP (text or email) or on the RSVP indicate the food allergy so that they can make special arrangements with caterer.
Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! Due to the far locality of our venue, we encourage guests to take the transportation we are providing so that everyone gets home safely. Keep in mind it is a 50 minute bus ride back to the hotel, so drink responsibly.
