Estes Park is at 7,522' above sea level. It normally takes people a few days to get used to the altitude which will cause you to breathe heavier, could make you feel light headed, cause difficulty sleeping, or other bothersome, but not typically serious, symptoms. We recommend drinking plenty of water and having ibuprofen available if needed. The effects of alcohol will also be much more apparent, so please take it slow!
There is limited parking available at Fall River Village so we recommend walking over if you are able. This will also ensure a safer experience for all after the conclusion of festivities.
We love your kids but unfortunately are unable to accommodate them due to capacity limitations at our venue. We hope you use this as an opportunity to leave the kids at home and enjoy an evening out!
Yes! Please see our Travel tab. Please note that July is very busy in Estes Park so we recommend you book lodging as soon as possible.
Yes! Please see our Schedule tab where there are recommendations on what to wear for each event. Bridesmaids will be wearing slate blue and groomsmen will be wearing gray suits.
There will be a field in the RSVP section where you will be able to indicate any special dietary needs. Please let us know this important information as we want everyone to be able to fully enjoy our reception.
The weather in Estes Park can be variable. Afternoon thunderstorms are common and somewhat unpredictable. Evenings outside can be chilly without an extra layer. The sun is very strong at this altitude, so sunscreen is recommended. You’ll find that it can feel surprisingly warm in the sun compared to what you are used to. We recommend having layers to be ready for any situation when you are out and about!
