When should I RSVP by?

RSVP's are due on September 28, 2024.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We anticipate the chapel being very full, please arrive in time to secure your seat. The ceremony will begin around 2.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire is requested. All events will be on the Camp Elsewhere property, but all events will be held in temperature controlled spaces.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation. All guests will be listed, and it will state "and guest" to indicate you have a plus one.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love all of your kids, only specific children are invited. Please refer to your invitation to see if you child's name is listed. If your invitation was addressed to The _____ Family, children are included, if only adult names are listed, unfortunately children are not included. This decision was based on limited space at our venue; we hope you are still able to join us on our special day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking will be available on the Camp Elsewhere property, please refer to the map above for details of where parking is located. It is a bit of a walk, please reach out to Jessika or Steven if you would require a golf cart ride from parking to the event space.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We are not providing transportation from lodging to Camp Elsewhere. If you are planning on drinking please consider staying at Camp Elsewhere, or have a plan for a safe driver.
Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Please refer to our schedule tab. We will have a welcome event on Friday for those already in town, following the rehearsal dinner. Everyone is invited to the welcome event, but we will reach out specifically to those invited to the rehearsal dinner. More details will be posted under the schedule tab as they are decided.
