If you are flying in, the Eugene Airport is roughly 20 minutes northwest of downtown Eugene, so you'll either need to rent a car or Uber/Lyft to your accommodations (please see further airport information under the FAQ tab). There are a number of hotel/motel and Airbnb/VRBO options in the Eugene and Springfield areas. One suggestion if you are trying to coordinate with others is to note proximity to the river path and trail systems that line the Willamette River; these connectors can allow folks to stay in various parts of town and easily meet via foot or bike. Please note that UO graduation will be the weekend following our wedding, and various track & field events come through town in the summer. So book early and let us know if you have any questions about areas of town.

Eugene and Springfield
If your adventure interests include exploration by foot, staying downtown Eugene will offer the UO campus, farmer's market, and small shops and restaurants. The Whiteaker Neighborhood is smaller, but with some breweries and restaurants nearby and river path access. Downtown Springfield is much smaller than Eugene's, but still offers cute restaurants, divey bars, and boutique shops. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding locations within town and we're happy to give you an idea of vibe, getting around, and proximity to the venue.

Traveling to the Venue
There will be an ample amount of parking available at The Meadows, although we do encourage you to carpool if possible! Eugene and Springfield are relatively close to one another, so carpooling or using Uber/Lyft is a great, affordable option. If you do drive to the venue and celebrate with us to the point of not being able to drive home, you will be able to leave your vehicle in the parking lot overnight.

Camping and Available Rooms
There will be camping available at The Meadows, which includes one shower and bathroom (though we will have porta-potties as well). We also have local friends who have available rooms/spaces for hosting, so please reach out to us if you’re interested! It would be a great way to connect with some of our friends before the wedding!
