Maid of Honor
My amazing Maid of Honor, my Seester, was my first best friend and my lifelong partner-in-crime. From inside jokes like 'babies in the freezer' (don’t ask!) to making mixtapes and recording everything on our dad’s mic and stereo system, we’ve created memories that still make me laugh. And let’s not forget our epic plays based on Anne Frank where my sister was the screenwriter, choreographer, director, lead actress, and executive producer, while I was the supporting actress whose job was to memorize lines written on mini notebook paper. Through every moment, she’s been my best friend, my confidant, and now, my maid of honor. I’m beyond grateful to have her by my side for this next chapter.
Matron of Honor
My incredible Matron of Honor, Sam, is Nick’s sister and the one who brought us together—literally! We met working at Tilly’s doing visuals early in the morning and bonded over listening to Justin Bieber and One Direction, which led to a fast friendship. We eventually took the leap to Phoenix together as roommates and somehow ended up just 5 minutes away from each other ever since. Sam has been my rock through all the big moments, and I’m beyond grateful to have her by my side as I get to join her family for life!
Bridesmaid
Anna has been my best friend since college, where we first met in 2008. After graduation, we moved in together as roommates, and our bond only grew stronger from there. Though we've been long-distance besties for about 10 years, we’ve kept the connection alive through countless memories- Disneyland, Solvang, NYC, Denver, LA, and boppin around in Phoenix. No matter the distance, she’s always been a constant in my life, and I cherish every moment we've shared. Just as an FYI- we also both plan on getting raccoons as soon as that is legal, we can keep you all posted.
Bridesmaid
Ashleigh and I met during the chaos of Covid when we were neighbors at our complex, but if you ask her (totally do this, ask her at the wedding) she will tell you we met long before this. From wine nights and endless conversations to dominating beer pong, we quickly developed a genuine friendship. As a fellow Tucsonian, we grew up with so much in common and shared connections. You can still catch us binging shows that take us 10 times as long to finish because we have to pause it about 20 times an episode to yap about something else.
Bridesmaid
I met Gwen in 2020 when she joined our group to endure the challenges of Covid together. From the start, it’s been such an easy and natural friendship. We love meeting weekly for walks, and she’s the first person I’ll call for help with home projects. Over time, we’ve discovered just how much we have in common, and our bond continues to grow. I’m so grateful for her friendship and the way it’s brought even more joy into my life. I know Gwen will always be honest with me and I have been leaning on her throughout wedding planning so far.
Bridesmaid
Elizabeth, is truly one of a kind. From day one, we realized we had so much in common—whether it’s our love for sports, Taylor Swift, or wine nights, we always find a way to bond. Our fiancés are close friends because of us, and we’ve spent the last year planning our weddings at the same time (talk about double the fun!). Elizabeth is the voice of reason and the ultimate planner in our group, always keeping us on track and making sure everything goes smoothly. I’m so lucky to have her by my side for such a special day and to share this life with an incredible friend!
Bridesmaid
I met Marelyn the day I interviewed her to be my assistant manager at Tilly’s, and it’s safe to say we hit it off instantly. We quickly grew close, working together almost every day, watching Arizona basketball and the Diamondbacks, and grabbing drinks whenever we had the chance. Eventually, Mare and I became roommates in the place where I met so many of the other people you’re reading about. Covid really brought us together, and we found ourselves relying on each other in ways we hadn’t before. Marelyn was with me during some of the most pivotal moments of my personal growth—supporting me, pushing me, and challenging me along the way. She’s become someone I simply cannot imagine life without, and I know I can call her with anything, from minor annoyances to major life moments.
Bridesmaid
As you’ve probably noticed, most of my closest friends are from our Covid complex group, AKA Club Arcadia Modern (as we refer to ourselves). It’s where I met Sam, and where Wilma was set free in her and Elizabeth’s unit to catch a rat—definitely an experience that bonded us all! Sam and I would have monthly burger dates to catch up on life, and even though she’s now in Portland, our conversations and burger restaurant recommendations haven’t skipped a beat. She’s that calming presence in the group, the one who always makes sure we don’t get too worked up and reminds us to just chill out. I’m so thankful for her friendship and the balance she brings to all of us.
Bridesmaid
Telisa is one of my longest and dearest friends, and over the years, she’s become a sister to me. We first met in college while working at Tilly's, and from the moment we clicked, we had become inseparable anytime we were outside of work. Through some of the hardest times in our lives, Telisa has been my unwavering support, and we’ve always made a point to celebrate each other’s wins, big and small. I truly can’t imagine my wedding day without her by my side—she’s been such an integral part of my journey, and I’m beyond grateful to have her in my life.
Flower Girl
Wilma is my angel baby, baby cow, the apple of my eye, the love of my life, and truly the greatest thing to ever happen to me. I got Wilma in my last semester of college when I was just 22, and she has been with me through my entire adult life, spending almost every night right by my side. She’s been through some pretty traumatic accidents that required surgeries and emergency vet visits, but through it all, she’s remained the sweetest girl I know. One of our only major ‘issues’ was when I had to break it to her that Nick wasn’t her boyfriend, but instead mine. She eventually came around. While she won’t be physically present on the day of our wedding, she will be walking down the aisle with us in spirit, as she’s been by my side for all of life’s big moments.
Best Man
Cole and I first met during our freshman year at New Mexico State University, where we were roommates in the dorms. Over the years, our friendship grew stronger, especially during 2020 when we both found ourselves living in California with plenty of time to kill. With golf as our main hobby, we’d catch up regularly on FaceTime, talking about everything happening in our lives. After I moved to Arizona, we made it a tradition to check in on our drives home from work. That became even more special when he and his now-wife, Victoria, moved to Arizona too! I’m also grateful to have been part of their wedding, and I’m beyond excited to have him standing by my side.
Groomsman
Garrett and I have known each other for almost 27 years. He's not only my longest-standing friend but also someone who has had a major influence on who I am today. We’ve been through so much together over the years, and I truly can’t imagine my life without him. Our friendship started way back in the day. I still remember those afternoons after school when we'd get off the bus, plop down on our band instrument cases, and start playing Pokémon at the bus stop until our parents were mad. We also spent countless hours jamming out with "Image of the Past" — some of our best (and probably worst) music sessions. Whether it was playing for fun or just goofing off, those moments were some of the best. And of course, we had a ton of all-nighters gaming. I think I owe my love for video games—and the occasional sleep-deprivation hangover—to Garrett! Through all the laughs, the late nights, and the growing up together, Garrett has always been there for me. He’s helped shape me into the person I am today, and I’m proud to have him standing by my side as one of my groomsmen.
Groomsman
Gavin is brother. We first met when my sister took us to meet him and his mom during Family Weekend at the University of Arizona. Right from the start, his mom Lisa and I hit it off, and Gavin made sure I was always included when I was in Tucson. I am extremely grateful that he and my sister gave me a nephew. Big Gavin guy.
Groomsman
I’ve never actually called him Jacob, it’s always been Howse. We met at New Mexico State University, where we were both part of the PGA Golf Management Program. Even though I was the oldest in our cohort, Howse was always the “dad” of the group— looking out for everyone. Despite being the most responsible of us all, he’s never shy about having a good time. And trust me, you can expect plenty of that from him come 10/11/2025.
Groomsman
JC and I first met our freshman year at New Mexico State University, though this time, it wasn’t in the dorms! He was part of our PGM cohort, and we really became close during our junior and senior years. Whether it was Taco Tuesdays at my apartment, freestyling for hours, or just chopping it up until the early morning, we always found a way to make the most of our time together. TGC FOREVER.
Groomsman
Justin and I have known each other for as long as I can remember, going all the way back through school. But it wasn’t until later that we really became close friends. Our friendship truly started to form when Garrett and Justin got to know each other on the high school cross-country team. That’s when we all started hanging out more and piling into the 1993 Dodge Dakota for rides, blasting music, and just enjoying each other’s company. Over the last 10+ years, Justin and I have shared so many experiences. From deep conversations to unforgettable adventures, I’m so grateful that he’s stayed such an important part of my life. He’s one of those friends who you know will always have your back no matter what. He won’t brag about it, but I have to give him credit—Justin was Diamond 3 in League of Legends back in Season 4, and he’s still willing to let me drag him down in games even though he’s way better than me.
Groomsman
I’ve never called him Hunter, it’s always Mux. We met at New Mexico State University in the dorms, and if you haven’t noticed the pattern yet, that’s where a lot of my closest friendships started. Our cohort in the PGA Golf Management Program was tight-knit, with around 20 of us. He’s the kind of guy who’ll stand right in your line when you’re about to putt, but somehow, he’s still always invited to play because he’s such a great time. He may not answer your FaceTime after calling him five nights in a row to ask him to be a groomsman, but I knew he’d definitely say yes when he finally picked up!
Groomsman
Keegan and I go way back to 8th grade, where I wasn’t exactly his biggest fan. But something changed during freshman year of high school, and we found common ground on the golf course. That was the start of an epic friendship. By the summer after our freshman year, Keegan was showing up at my house at 6 a.m. (yes, 6 a.m.) multiple times a week, ready to grab breakfast and play some golf. He quickly became not just a best friend but a true part of my family.
Groomsman/Officiant
Ryan and I initially became friends because our girlfriends were close, but once he and I started hanging out, it was clear that we would’ve become friends no matter what. From the start, it just clicked between us. Over time, we’ve experienced so many things in our lives at nearly the same time, which created a bond that only gets stronger the more we go through together. One of the things we’ve been getting into lately is golf. Every time we hit the range, we agree that a couple of White Claws are the perfect “payment” for his golf lessons. I’m excited to see where both his golf game and our friendship will continue to grow from here. It’s moments like these that make me appreciate having him in my life as a friend and now as one of my groomsmen.
Ring Bearer
Beckham is our ring bearer and honorary best man, and there are honestly no words to express how much he means to me. This little guy has become such a central part of my life, and I’m incredibly proud to be his uncle. I’ll never forget the day after Beckham was born when I went to the hospital to meet him. Sam asked me if I wanted to hold him, and I immediately said, “Absolutely not!” But of course, Gavin just plopped him right in my arms. I remember feeling my heart swell in a way I hadn’t before—tears welling up in my eyes without warning. It was one of those moments that changes you forever. Jessie and I are so excited to watch Beckham grow into the person he’s going to become. We both want to be the kind of role models he deserves, and I’m looking forward to being there for him every step of the way.
