Thanks to a random roommate assignment in the Disney College Program, Jenni and Jessie became fast friends. After the internship concluded, life (and a global pandemic) briefly pulled them in different directions, but when they reconnected a few years later, they became inseparable. One of their favorite activities is teaming up against Kellie, a tradition they plan to continue for at least the next 50 years. There is truly no one else Kellie and Jessie would willingly risk their lives on a raft through whitewater rapids for. Jenni is the first one to show up in a crisis and has never turned down an adventure. She feels like the missing piece that made their chosen family complete.

The Disney College Program brought drama, shifts until 4am, tears, lots of Taco Bell, and a lasting friendship between Kellie and Roger. What started as a base level theme park partner quickly became the person Kellie turned to first during some of life’s most difficult moments. When Kellie introduced Roger to her then-girlfriend, Jessie, the three would start a chapter of weekly Improv dates followed by long debriefs with lots of laughter. They're still not fully convinced he isn't using them for access to their apartment complex's hot tub, but they are forever thankful for the friendship regardless.

As an honorary Pantazi, Bora spent nearly every birthday, holiday, and special occasion with Jessie growing up. Two decades later (and now 2,000 miles apart), the bond is unbreakable. Despite being only 3 months older, Bora has always felt like the older sister who brings wisdom and unconditional love to Jessie's life. She taught Jessie how to put on mascara, write a college essay, and eat a Chipotle burrito without making a mess. From high school Spanish class to standing beside each other on their wedding days, Kellie and Rachael’s friendship has stood the test of time. There's no one else Kellie would have rather poured her heart out to while driving around Germantown, WI in the "swagger wagon." Rachael is the friend to trust with your secrets and invite alongside for your most important moments. No matter the distance or season of life, Rachael has remained one of Kellie’s biggest cheerleaders and having her stand beside her on this day was unquestionable.

Although she is one of their newest friends, Nicole has quickly become an integral part of Kellie and Jessie’s lives. From Big Brother watch parties, to introducing them to blueberry coffee, and hosting their bridal shower, Nicole has been their go-to friend. A viral video of Jessie and Kellie eating endless pasta at Olive Garden sparked their first double date with Nicole and her wife, Lindsea, who will be their officiant. Nicole is the friend who can solve your problems but also knows how to listen, comfort, and provide validation when all you need is an ear.

Sometimes, you and your middle school boyfriend both end up becoming each other’s gay best friend. In the 4th grade, Scott pulled Kellie’s chair out from under her, not knowing it would be the start of her longest-lasting friendship. Basement hangouts, daily bus rides, and inside jokes from sociology class became some of Kellie’s favorite childhood memories. Scott was quick to welcome Rachael into their newfound trio and has always been the one to bring laughter to any situation. He has been there for so many of Kellie’s firsts and life’s most monumental moments, making it especially meaningful that he stands beside her as she begins this next season of life.
