FAQs

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

We understand the need to know the parking situation in advance! Yes, there’s plenty of parking for guests in the lot on Mortimer Street, to the right of the venue.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a room block for our guests. Please visit the 'Travel' page for more information. Our recommended lodging is close to the venue and far enough from that one relative who considers a 6am alarm as “sleeping in.”

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please join us in dressing in timeless, garden-inspired elegance to complement the historic charm of The Ebell. Floor-length or midi dresses, dark suits, and tuxedos are suggested. We kindly ask that guests avoid white, ivory, cream, or champagne tones. Earthy neutrals like taupe, soft browns, and charcoal, + soft pastels like dusty rose, pale lavender, and muted sage, as well as rich jewel tones like emerald, sapphire, burgundy, and deep plum all work beautifully.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only the guests listed on your invitation, including children, are invited to attend. If no children are listed, we kindly ask that no additional guests be brought along. Thank you for understanding!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible and no later than Saturday, August 15, 2026.
