Jessie and Jordan met in true hospital fashion while caring for a patient together during Jordan’s first year of residency. Their patient—an older woman with a big personality—playfully encouraged Jessie to get Jordan’s number, insisting she’d be crazy not to. Jessie thought Jordan was cute and funny, and thankfully he was persistent in asking her out. Jessie said no… and then no again… before finally agreeing to a first date. That date involved go-karting (Jordan won) and hours of talking and laughing—and the rest is history. Since then, they’ve traveled far and wide, Jordan became a proud dog dad to Paloma, Jessie learned to love fishing, and now they’re getting ready for their next adventure together in Traverse City.
