Where are we going?

Answer

Hart Mountain Hot Springs Campground is part of the Hart Mountain Antelope Preserve outside of Plush, OR. It is roughly 4 hours from Bend, OR. It is a high desert type of environment so it can get warm during the day and cold at night!

What can I do there?

Answer

We enjoy hiking through the meadows, soaking the the hot spring, driving the back roads, watching the wild life, enjoying the quiet, finding the petroglyphs and relaxing in camp. Check out the ranger station to see what else the area has to offer!

What should I bring?

Answer

Bring anything you like to take camping: cooking gear, tents, hammocks, books, frisbee, corn hole, hiking gear, binoculars, food for everything except Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.

What will you be providing?

Answer

We will have dinner for Tuesday night including some adult beverages as well fire wood, and breakfast the following morning. We can also help coordinate camping gear should you need something.

Where can I get supplies?

Gas in Adele, Plush and Burns. Groceries in Burns. Ice in Adele, Plush and Burns.

What is the dress code?

Answer

There is no set dress code, wear whatever makes you happy! The event itself is very casual and fully outdoors so be prepared for weather.

What can we do to help?

Answer

We are keeping this event super low key, so we are not hiring vendors for anything. So if you have a talent or supplies (photographer, lawn games, grilling) you would like to volunteer we would appreciate it, just let us know!
