A classic, “Boy meets girl” moment that happened in Colorado, November 2017. For those that know the details of that night, you can vouch for us that chance was on our side. And for those that aren’t familiar, let’s just say fate is absolutely real. As cheesy as it may sound. He may have taken a week to call her after that night, but there was just something different about him, she was willing to agree to a date. The Denver Zoo. He picked her up in his black Jeep, it was a nice day so she asked him if he can take the top off of it. Good vibes already and the date was just getting started. First stop, the beer cart and food court. Shared a basket of French fries with about 10 different dipping sauces. I guess the date was going well cause he laid the first kiss by the Polar Bear. From then on, the rest was history. They said “I love you” for the first time on Mother’s Day. She moved in with him shortly after that. And 1 year filled with tons of adventures later, they made their decision to make the move back to his home roots in Michigan in November of 2018. As hard as it was for her to leave all her loved ones behind, she was ready for a fresh start and he was nothing but supportive and grateful for it. Like every couple has, there were ups and downs. Hard times and happy times. Growing and learning together. Trying to ensure they were building a strong foundation of love, trust and respect. Once they knew there wasn’t anyone they’d rather go through life with, they were engaged to be married after 4 years. I don’t think the honeymoon phase ever really left their relationship. He gives her butterflies and she still makes him nervous. Love comes in many different forms, but the way they love each other is unlike anything else they’ve ever had. And they want that till death do them part. Every love story is beautiful, but ours is my favorite.
