Erika (Eri) and Jessie met when Eri was born. They clicked right away and have been sisters ever since. Jessie and Eri lived together for 14 years before Jessie ditched her for college in Iowa. Eri soon followed suit by moving to Michigan for college, however Jessie could not stand living that far away, so she moved to Michigan to live closer to Eri (also grad school). Their relationship blossomed during this time, from local flute choir to endless marching band performances, Bath & Body Works runs, and watching every episode of Chopped. Highlights of their relationship include creating the patent-pending “Bread Stir-Fry” recipe, traveling the world, eating Mac and Cheese for special occasions, and dressing cats in matching Christmas sweaters. Eri welcomes Eric into the family.

Jessie and Denise have been friends since day one of freshman year of college, although both give differing stories on how they actually met. Regardless, the bff's were inseparable and dubbed themselves Jenise for simplicity. Whether it was watching endless re-runs of Friends or Gossip Girl, attempting to stay fit by trying various intramurals and workout classes, or endless cooking feats, college flew by. Now a days, you can find them giving nicknames to everyone they meet, bonding over their love of cats, attempting to Vino Van Gogh and still finding themselves in precarious situations. Denise is thrilled that Jessie has found her Nate Archibald.
Josh "CJ" Nuechterlein
Best Man
CJ (Cousin Josh) and Eric are Misters from different sisters. Eric was born about a month earlier and Josh has been trying to catch up ever since. Eric pulled a dirty trick and broke Josh's foot in the sixth grade, allowing Eric to pull ahead enough to be the first one to become a brilliant scientist and marry an amazing woman. Josh is gracious enough to bury the hatchet and be Eric's best man.
Ryan Moore

Ryan and Eric have been friends for so long that neither one can remember who is the bad influence. They grew up completely outnumbered by girls: Ryan has 2 sisters while Eric has too many sisters. In kindergarten, they made a pact to never let a girl come between their friendship. Ryan has agreed to set their pact aside and stand as Eric's groomsman after seeing how happy Jess and Eric are together and after hearing talk of an open bar.
Logan "Grass" St. John
Announcer/Unofficial DJ
Logan met Eric and Jessie in the Winter of 2017 through Jessie's sister Erika. After his first encounter with the two, Logan frequently came back to visit them to play euchre, watch Rick and Morty, or partake in other shenanigans that might have been happening. Logan's friendship with the two of them was forever cemented when his car was flooded in the great Mt. Pleasant flood. Eric and Jessie together helped get Logan back up on his feet, and he has always been grateful for them ever since. Logan was ecstatic when Eric and Jessie asked him to announce them at their wedding, and so he gladly accepted their offer.
