Maid of Honor
We met at Colorado State University in the Tri-Delta sorority. Analisa welcomed me with open arms as a "big sister," and it blossomed from there. We studied (maybe too much), danced late into the night and shared McDonalds fries over laughs and tears (mainly laughs). Analisa has been there for me in a multitude of ways, too many to list, but recently, being there for my PA school graduation and being my 1st visiting friend when I moved to Nashville.
Best Man
Bill and I became quick friends early in medical school, studying anatomy while drinking IPAs. Our adventures quickly expanded beyond medicine and led us to the mountains and backcountry of CO and throughout Latin America. Through the highs and lows of medical school, Bill was always there (beer in hand).
Bridesmaid
It started when we needed to pair up in composition class freshman year at Colorado State University. That day I learned that Niamh's name is not pronounced as written, she's vegetarian, and from Boulder, CO. I knew immediately she would be someone I wanted to get to know more. I convinced Niamh to join Tri-Delta and it made my sorority experience even more special. Niamh is fun-loving and exploring Fort Collins and Denver was more fun with her by my side.
Groomsman
Friends since 6th grade, Tyler and I have known each other for over half our lives. It's amazing that we both still have all ten fingers despite our shenanigans, but there's certainly no shortage of crazy stories.
Bridesman
We met while we both worked at Children's Hospital Colorado. I quickly realized that we share a dark sense of humor. We can share the most outrageous, foolish thoughts, plot murder, and then figure out where we plan to get lunch after. He is my buddy that explored Denver with me, from the trendy cocktail lounges to the dirty dives bars.
Groomswoman
Starting anew in Nashville after living in CO my whole life, Jennifer has become one my best friends in residency. Despite the challenges and nuances of residency training, Jennifer has managed to help make the whole experience filled with laughter. She's my go-to happy hour trivia buddy, and we always win when there are less teams competing than prizes.
