This is an excellent spot to enjoy great food, and they also brew their own beer. Additionally, Mad Duck at Campus Pointe is located near Fresno State and is surrounded by several other nearby restaurants.
Located directly across from the Save Mart Center (Fresno State's 16,000 Arena Stadium). Come see why Dog House is considered one of the best bars and grills in the Valley. They offer great tri-tip sandwiches, fresh salads, and a huge selection of beer and liquor. Keep in mind that parking can be difficult, and most guests need to park on the public street.
Kuppa Joy began in 2012 after founder Zack Follett, a UC Berkeley graduate and recently retired professional football player, felt called to create a space centered on community and connection. While sitting in a coffee shop in Great Marlow, UK, reflecting on Romans 8:1, he felt a deep sense of joy that inspired the name “Kuppa Joy.” Believing that coffee brings people together, Zack returned to his hometown and opened Kuppa Joy in Clovis, California, with a passion to share faith, joy, and community through coffee. The coffee shop is located in Old Town Clovis, an area surrounded by other small businesses and restaurants.
BC’s Pizza is solid because they have a big variety of pizzas, both classic and more unique options. They also offer hot and cold sandwiches, calzones, appetizers, and a solid salad bar if you want something lighter. The beer selection really stands out to me—there are tons of options on draft and in bottles, including beers from different parts of the world. Overall, it’s a good spot if you’re with a group and everyone wants something different.
Looking to hang out and have a few beers before the wedding celebration? Summer Fox is another brewery in Clovis, California, and it’s not too far from the wedding venue.
If you’re looking for a great place to eat or grab a drink before the wedding, this spot is a solid choice. They use locally sourced produce and hand-packed Angus beef for their burgers, and they offer a strong selection of craft beers and wines. The menu changes seasonally, so there’s usually something fresh and unique to try, along with house-crafted cocktails.
