Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown

This will be the host hotel for the weekend, though you're welcome to stay elsewhere. There will be a shuttle running to and from this hotel to the wedding venue, and this will also be the location of our morning-after brunch. We have a room block with rooms available for Thursday 9/25 and Friday 9/26. Rooms can be booked online via the "View" button below, or by calling 1-855-238-4266. Reservations must be made by 8/20/25 in order to secure the room block rate. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, but early check-in may be available. If you're arriving the day of the wedding and don't have time to check-in before the wedding, the hotel will hold your bags for you and has a restroom to freshen up.

To make getting to and from the wedding easier, we’ve arranged a shuttle between the Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown and the Villa Terrace. We’ll share the exact shuttle schedule here about a month before the wedding.

Flight

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE)

MKE Airport is a 15 minute drive from downtown, which is where the host hotel (and many other hotels) are located. Based on the location of the hotel, wedding venue and local attractions, a rental car isn't a requirement and an Uber/taxi to and from the airport may be most cost effective. Of course, if you'd like the freedom to explore outside of the downtown area, a rental car could be a great option. Other flight options: Chicago, IL (O'Hare Airport and Midway Airport): Chicago is a ~1.5 hour drive from Milwaukee. Madison, WI (Dane County Regional Airport): Madison is a ~1.5 hour drive from Milwaukee.
