Reservations must be made by 8/20/25 to secure the room block rate. Tip: The link defaults to both nights - adjust the dates at the top of the page if you only need one. When calling, provide: Hotel Property Code: MKEMD Group Code: 94M Event Name: Feigen-Schneider Wedding Valet parking is available for $39/day, and there are also pay lots and garages within a few blocks. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, but early check-in may be available. If you arrive on the wedding day and can’t check in beforehand, the hotel will hold your bags and has a restroom for freshening up.

Shuttle

Shuttle to & from the wedding

September 26, 2025 3:30 pm - 10:45 pm

To make getting to and from the wedding easier, we’ve arranged a shuttle between the Hilton Garden Inn and the Villa Terrace. To the Wedding: There will be one bus departing from the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:30 PM, with boarding starting at 3:15 PM. From the Wedding: Return shuttles will leave the Villa Terrace at 9:00 PM, 9:30 PM, 10:00 PM, and 10:45 PM. The final shuttle at 10:45 PM will drop off at both the Hilton Garden Inn and the after-party location.

Flight

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE)

MKE Airport is a 15 minute drive from downtown, which is where the host hotel (and many other hotels) are located. Based on the location of the hotel, wedding venue and local attractions, a rental car isn't a requirement and an Uber/taxi to and from the airport may be most cost effective. Of course, if you'd like the freedom to explore outside of the downtown area, a rental car could be a great option. Other flight options: Chicago, IL (O'Hare Airport and Midway Airport): Chicago is a ~1.5 hour drive from Milwaukee. Madison, WI (Dane County Regional Airport): Madison is a ~1.5 hour drive from Milwaukee.
