Travel

Thailand is a long journey for many of you, so we recommend giving yourself a little extra time to enjoy the trip. We recommend to fly into Bangkok and spend a day or two there before heading to Koh Samui. It’s a great way to adjust to the time change and ease into the experience. Thailand is not a place to visit for just a few days - we hope you’ll take the time to explore, relax, and make the most of the journey. Getting In Our international guest will fly into Bangkok (BKK) and then take a short connecting flight to Koh Samui (USM). There are frequent daily flights from Bangkok to Samui. Airport Transfers Koh Samui Airport is about 15 minutes from Anantara Bophut. Taxi and hotel transfer options are easily available. Passports & Visas Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. U.S. passport holders do not need a visa for short tourist stays in Thailand. Guests traveling on other passports should check entry requirements in advance.
