What precautions are you taking to keep guests safe during the pandemic?

Answer

Currently, we are monitoring state and federal guidelines and health official regulations very closely. Right now, while we are not requiring vaccinations to attend our event, we are strongly encouraging everyone to get their vaccinations and at a minimum, ensure that you obtain a negative Covid test 24-48 hours of our wedding. If our stance changes, we will send formal outreach with any "new" request. Thank you for your patience as we continue to navigate the changing circumstances.

When should I RSVP by?

As a courtesy to Jessica & Shakir, please RSVP by the stated date on the wedding invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal. NO hats, sunglasses, jeans, or gym shoes permitted.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes. We are registered at Crate & Barrel. Our previous registries at Amazon & Target are not currently active.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We will we not be able to have children (kids 9 and under) attend. However, if you are traveling with your children to our wedding, we can assist in coordinating a nanny service for the period of the reception if you would like.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "& guest," then you may bring a plus one. If your invitation does not, we prefer that it be just you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please make note of any special food allergies or dietary need on your invitation. If we are not be able to make an accommodation, we will come up with something.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty parking at the Inn at St. John's.

Since it's St. Patrick's Day weekend, will there be anything going on Saturday?
