Question

How is COVID-19 affecting your wedding?

Answer

As we all adapt to an uncertain time with COVID-19, we are monitoring the news carefully. We are prepared to take every precaution necessary to make our wedding safe for our guests. Our wedding is happening as planned and we look forward to celebrating with you all! Right now, CDC guidelines allow for venues to hold events of up to 250 people. If things should change, and the need to postpone arises, we have dates in mind for 2021. While we hope this does not happen, we are well aware of the possibility of it occurring. If we need to postpone, we will contact you directly to inform you of the new date.

Question

What if I reserve a hotel room and your wedding is postponed?

Answer

If we have to postpone the wedding, the reserved rooms will also be postponed to the new date. If you are not able to make it to the new date, as long as you cancel your room as soon as possible, you will not be charged for the room.

Question

What precautions are you taking in regards to COVID-19?

Answer

We encourage our guests to follow CDC guidelines. We will strive to ensure that our seating arrangements adhere to social distancing as much as possible. Currently, our venue is not requiring masks. However, the bartenders and servers are required to wear masks. Additionally, our dinners will be served by waitstaff at the hotel.
