Our Ceremony
4:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The Ceremony begins promptly at 4 O'Clock in the afternoon. Please arrive by 3:30 so you have time to sign our guest book and find a seat. The Hotel is located in the same plaza as Outback Steakhouse. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot adjacent to the restaurant. The Ceremony will be held in The Tropical Courtyard- to the right of the Hotel Check-in Desk. Upon arrival, one of our Ushers will assist you in finding a seat.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Following our ceremony, please enjoy a cocktail hour with appetizers and live entertainment in the Grand Ballroom- located down the hallway to the left of the Hotel Check -in Desk. Please also feel free to use this time to check in to your hotel rooms-- if you are staying and have reserved a room (we highly recommend this if you plan on drinking!).

The reception will be held in the Grand Ballroom- down the hallway to the left of the check-in desk. Please reference our seating arrangements outside of the entrance to the Grand Ballroom to find your seat.
