Yes! There is shuttle transportation on the night of the reception only. Shuttles will run from the hotels to Tuscan Ridge and back! There will also be Two gentlemen shuttling in large SUV’s to and from Tuscan Ridge Holiday inn —> Tuscan Ridge 4:30-6:00pm Tuscan Ridge —> Holiday inn 9:00-10:30pm Euro Suites —> Tuscan Ridge 4:30-6:00pm Tuscan Ridge —> Euro Suites 9:00-10:30pm SUV & Minivan gentlemen Friday - 4:30-6:00pm — 7:30-10:00pm Saturday - 4:30-6:00pm — 9:00-11:00pm if they are out front of your hotel or out front of Tuscan Ridge they are available for transportation!
When driving to Tuscan Ridge please use APPLE maps for the correct venue location. If using google maps DO NOT turn onto George Road, the venue is another couple hundred feet down the road, you will see the building on the right from the road. The address to the venue is 2424 Stewartstown road.
We are requesting guests to wear formal attire for both the ceremony and reception. The outside space is astroturf so ladies any kind of heels will do! We recognize August can be a little toasty during the day so feel free to embrace summer color formal-wear! Although we love your kiddos, we have decided the reception at Tuscan Ridge will be an adults only affair; however, all children are welcome and invited to attend the ceremony at St. Mary’s.
In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Please be prepared to arrive at the ceremony 15-20 minutes prior to the 2:00pm start time!
At St. Mary’s where the ceremony will be held there is adequate parking. At Tuscan Ridge the parking is slightly limited. Please consider carpooling or checking the website closer to the big day for shuttle schedules from the hotels! We want everyone to make it to and from their lodging safely so please use shuttle services that are provided or consider an Uber at the end of the night.
