When should I RSVP by?

We need to have the final headcount by February 9th, 2022

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 6pm, we would recommend getting there 10-15 minutes early

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail formal, so no evening gowns or tuxes needed

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation has a plus one then absolutely, if not we would prefer it be just you

Are kids welcome?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is a large dirt lot right next to both

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, if you're coming in from out of town you'll need to rent a car or use uber/lyft

No, but we did put up hotel recommendations near the venue and airport under the Travel Info tab

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting. The reception will be held inside.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

There will be a variety of appetizers, and a walnut and strawberry salad. The meal will consist of pork tenderloin medallions stuffed with spinach, bacon, and pine nuts in a Merlot sauce. The sides will be rice pilaf and scalloped potatoes. There will be vegetarian appetizers available, and all sides will be cooked using vegetable stock. Children will have the option of chicken nuggets or Mac and cheese. To drink there will be iced tea, coffee, beer, and wine. There will also be a champagne toast.
