Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms under Wideman Wedding - please phone the hotel to reserve your room with code "LMW". Alternatively, you can book online - just ensure the hotel address is correct (100 Pony Drive, Newmarket) as there are a few hotels in the area with similar names. Should you prefer, there are airbnbs and cottage rentals located in nearby towns such as Barrie and Innisfil. Keep in mind, the shuttle will only be operating between the venue and the hotel.
Shuttle

A shuttle will run from the Newmarket Hotel and Suites to The Barn 1906 for all guests needing a ride to the venue. The shuttle will then take guests back to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Newmarket from The Barn 1906. The hotel has let us know early check in is not guaranteed, but if you arrive early they may be able to accommodate so you can check in prior to boarding the shuttle. The Shuttle will depart Newmarket Hotel and Suites at 3:15pm and will make return trips at night at 11pm, 12am, and 1am.
