Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Of course! Having you there is important to us and we want to assure this weekend is enjoyable for all. We have a "Travel" page (located on the tab above) within our Zola website that provides listings of hotels, room blocks, and flight recommendations. If you have any further questions regarding the page, feel free to reach out!

Can I bring a date?

Our goal is to keep our very special weekend as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive at the ceremony about 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled time. This allows time to find parking, locate a seat, and settle in without disrupting the proceedings.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be providing transportation to and from hotels to the ceremony. There are various resources for a possible rental car, 10 min uber ride (if utilizing hotel recommendations provided), or carpooling.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Absolutely! Wedding guests receive free entry/parking into the gardens for the ceremony and reception locations. There will also be organized shuttles transporting our loved ones celebrating with us! Transporting guests will function from the parking lot to the ceremony (30 minutes prior) and from the ceremony to the reception area (30 minutes after.) Simply inform staff upon arrival that you are attending the wedding to be directed accordingly.
