For those guests not staying at one the All Star Movie Resort, Port Orleans Riverside, or the Yacht Club: you will need to arrive at one of those three resorts in time to take the charter bus to the wedding. If you are driving please give the name of someone staying at one of these resorts and they will then have you park in the resort parking lot (the advice from the wedding planner). Contact jessicalewellen@mac.com for the applicable guest name. 8:00am: Pick up guests at All Star Main Lobby (charter bus will have the wedding name on it and will be outside of the lobby) 8:15am: Pick up guests at Yacht Club Main Lobby (charter bus will have the wedding name on it and will be outside of the lobby) 8:35am: Pick up guests at Port Orleans Riverside Main Lobby (charter bus will have the wedding name on it and will be outside of the lobby) 3:00pm-3:15pm guests board bus if being transported straight back to resort hotels versus playing in the parks post reception.

Formal, but not black tie
No theme park admission tickets are needed for getting to the ceremony or reception. But if you want to have fun in the park after the reception theme park admission will be needed for post reception. Charter Bus will be transporting guests from the resorts to ceremony (MUST use the bus to get to the venue-see Charter Bus schedule on this page for details, including information for those not staying at one of the room block resorts) 9:00am-9:30am: Ceremony at UK Pavilion (in the garden) 9:30am-10:30am: Pre Reception at UK Pavilion lochside Transport from pre reception to reception is either by walking through the world showcase or by the charter bus for those wishing not to walk. 11:00am-3:00pm: Reception at Italy Pavilion (Italy Isola)
