We’re Getting Married!

While on vacation in Riviera Maya, Mateo popped the big question. I was awfully suspicious and am always difficult to surprise, but Mateo managed to do just that. After an incredible morning enjoying beautiful weather and swimming with dolphins, something I had dreamed of doing for years, we were out shopping (one of my favorite activities). We had seen a sign where we wanted pictures to take back to family, so we planned to go at sunset. At sunset before the sign, Mateo shocked me by getting down on one knee and asking me to be his forever. I, of course, said yes! Now, we want our family and friends to return with us to promise each other forever.
