Yes! Black-tie optional for our wedding ceremony and reception. We also kindly request that the lovely ladies wear their favorite pop of color, no black dresses please.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the "RSVP" tab to see if we were able to accommodate them. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will use this as a night out and celebrate with us. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest and we are hoping to keep our guest list limited. Please check your invite for details. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Please kindly respond by 12.04.23. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.
If we don’t get your RSVP back by 12.04.23, it will be marked as “unable to attend.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to venue and caterer in the timely manner they have given us. We cannot accept late RSVPs, we hope that you understand.
Yes, the Paseo has a private lot for all of our guests.
There is a shuttle service for those staying at the Hyatt Place-Gilbert/PHX. The shuttles will start to run between hotel and venue starting around 3pm and the last shuttle will leave from the hotel around 3:40pm
We want everyone to enjoy themselves and not drink and drive that night. For those staying at the Hyatt-Gilbert/PHX, we will have shuttles arranged. Others who choose to drive to the venue are able to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue and pick them up the next morning by 11:00am. We recommend using rideshare apps for transportation.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will take place indoors. Please keep in mind that the weather after sunset can drop down to the high 40s-50s.
