What is the intention of the weekend?

Answer

You are our rocks, our nearest and dearest. This weekend has been thoughtfully curated to create time and space for yall to cultivate relationships with each other. As much as we love ourselves, Lisa especially, this is a time to bring everyone together in nature, and discover how awesome our friends and family are over the 3 day event.

Covid - the elephant in the room - and what we are doing to keep everyone safe.

We care deeply about each of yall - and want to do our part in ensuring everyone's health and wellness over the course of the weekend. We 100% need your help. To ensure everyone's safety, and provide peace of mind, please take COVID PCR test within 5 days of your arrival to Cedar Bloom Farms. Once you have the results please upload a photo of your NEGATIVE test results here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeFHsRfekIZiRSMgctvrrOvjnTTXCyB-q7bEWmUkk4xmOSK3Q/viewform (or text Lisa (828)773-7539). Covid testing is free of charge, and takes no more than a few minutes, results are available in an average of 24-48 hours, most drive thru testing sites require appointments - You can get tests at CVS, Walgreens, or check with your local government for testing sites and protocols. Is there a shuttle from Grants Pass?

Answer

Yes, we are confirmed on transportation to/from Grants Pass day of the wedding. If you have not already shared your AirBnB/Hotel/VRBO address with Carol (Lisa's Mom) please do so immediately so we can accommodate your needs.

What about meals?

Answer

The brides will host dinners Friday (BBQ), Saturday (Reception) and Sunday (Boozy Brunch). If you are staying on the land, there is a commercial kitchen (you get to cook, and clean) available, and local dives to check out and a grocery store just outside the property.

Is this venue accessible?

Answer

The venue is outdoors on dirt and grass. It is flat and there is a golf cart available to transport those who need extra assistance from ceremony, to reception. We will do our best to accommodate all needs but please be sure to notify us with any special needs.

we love your fur babies - but unfortunately this is a biped only event. No pets allowed.

What should I wear?

Answer

Casual/Garden Attire:  sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats. Wear/bring comfy shoes for dancing. The ceremony and reception festivities will be held at Cedar Bloom Farm. Oh, and the terrain is uneven, so maybe a wedge or flat vs heels.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, Cedar Bloom has adequate parking for our guests. RVs welcome (hookups need to register at ol' joes). Van life living welcome too! There are outdoor showers and compostable toilets on the farm, accessible to all our guests.
