What's the dress code?

Answer

No need to get the tux and cumberbund out! Daytime casual is what we are going with.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding will begin at 3 O'clock sharp. Please plan accordingly as the most important entrance will be the brides.

Can I bring a date or my children?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest" or "and family," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking at the Avalon Country Club. The Avalon has a shuttle that can transport guests from the parking lot of the Avalon to the Acker Gazebo for the wedding ceremony. The shuttle will also bring guests back to the Avalon for the reception once the wedding ceremony is over.

Can I video or take pictures with my cell phone during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

While we know pictures and video would be a great addition to your photo album, we ask that you refrain from pulling out your cell phone during the ceremony. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

We are having an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception. It will be closed for an hour during dinner. If you plan on getting cozy during the reception please plan ahead. The Radisson is our hotel of choice and rooms will be available at a discounted rate. There will also be transportation provided from the hotel. Please don't drink and drive!

Will there be dancing or entertainment?

Absolutely!! We have booked a fabulous DJ and a photo booth to capture your memories from our special day! I have included 4 videos to watch for the reception. What kinds of music will be played at the reception?

Leron and I have chosen an array of music to be played at the reception. We would like your input though! Please send us 3 of your favorite song choices so that we can pick some of everyone's favorites to include in the lineup! You can email your song choices at Haiwedding2018@mail.com
