Happily Ever After Starts Here!

Leron and I found each other through an online dating site! Our first date was at the Robinson Township theatre where we watched American Sniper. Leron still talks about how I told him to be quiet during the movie and he thought that meant I wasn't interested in him! We went for a glass of wine at Cadillac ranch after the movie and talked into the early morning hours of the next day (we were having such a good time nobody wanted to say goodbye!). The rest is history.

Leron and I went to Colorado for a short trip to get away and relax. He was working in California and I was still going to school full time in Pennsylvania. I picked out a quiet area to stay for the weekend and we were going to hike in the Rocky Mountains on Saturday. We met Friday night and had dinner in our hotel room. Saturday came and we geared up at the bottom of the hill. There was some snow and ice on the trail so we took our time to get to the top. About half way up the hill, Leron kept telling me how much I meant to him and how happy he was that I was in his life. As a joke I turned around and told him that this would be a good place for me to propose to him! He told me (after the proposal) at that point he was a nervous wreck because he thought I knew he was going to propose! We continued up the hill and reached Ouzel Falls. At the top there was a bridge with a waterfall running behind it (very beautiful). Leron asked if I wanted to take a picture of us with my phone. I had my phone buried in my pocket so I turned to the side to retrieve it. When I turned around he had the ring. Of course I said YES!!!
