This is a pretty laid-back reception so you can wear whatever you want and are comfortable in. Anywhere from casual to cocktail or even semi-formal if you really want to dress up! Color theme is "whimsical wildflower" so bright colors of pink, orange, blue, purple, red, and yellow. Not required to wear these colors but encouraged!
Camp chair, toiletries, tent if not sleeping in a vehicle, sleeping bag/blankets, pad or mattress, pillow, extra clothes, cooler, food/drinks as those will only be supplied for the reception. Note, there is a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, oven and grill.
Yes, children of all ages are welcome! There is a river, yard games and a small playground to keep them busy!
Yes, and we love dogs! There's plenty of space for them to run around and explore!
It's mainly outdoors but there is a pavilion that part of the reception will be held in. It will likely be hot, but the place is partially treed and the pavilion will provide some shade.
We are still ironing out the details, but the reception will likely start at 4pm. Since we are not having a ceremony, I put an arrival time of 3pm as the "cocktail hour". If you want to come hangout and relax for the day you can come at any time! We put an end time at 10pm as this is the quiet hours. You are more than welcome to stay longer as we will be camping!
Yes, there is a bathroom and a shower in both the men and women's bathroom.
Yes, we will have a bar that includes cocktails, beer and wine. There will be non-alcoholic beverages as well.
There will be parking specifically for the campers and a separate parking area for everyone else coming for the day of the reception. There will be signs to direct you!
Absolutely!
Yes, check the hotel recommendations under the travel tab!
There is a registry tab where we have a honeymoon and home fund but please do not feel obligated. We are just so happy you will be there celebrating with us and that's all we can ask for!
As we know, Washington weather can be unpredictable even in the summer. There is some coverage with pavilion, but I'd recommend bringing some sort of rain gear such as a jacket or umbrella. It can also get colder in the evenings, so if you plan on staying late, bring some warm clothing! For seating, the tables come with benches. They won't be ideal if we are not in the pavilion. The venue has some chairs but if you do have a camping chair of some sort, please bring one!
