Hampton Inn & Suites Manchester

When booking, please reference the Fernandez/Henry Wedding Room Block. We have 15 rooms available in that block with a mix of King and Double Queen rooms. Both room types are $289 per night with a 2 night minimum. Please follow the link for our block and call the hotel directly with any questions. We expect additional rooms to open up in September once other blocks have not been filled, so worth keeping an eye on if the block is full!

Kimpton Taconic Hotel

The hotel welcomes all animals (even cats, so it is Oscar and Fred approved), so this may be a good option if you'd like to bring your furry friends. Manchester is an extremely animal friendly town, so finding restaurants and sitters is a breeze. This is one of the nicer hotels in town and close to the venue, as well as across the street from the afterparty bar. We were able to secure 6 Double Queen Rooms (4 person occupancy, 629 a night, 2 night minimum) and 2 King Rooms (2 person occupancy, 589 a night, 2 night minimum). Normal guests at the hotel that weekend are required a 3 night minimum for the holiday, but we were able to secure a 2 night minimum. We're suggesting groups split the Double Queen Rooms so that the per guest cost is only $157 per night! Some of our guests have had success booking outside of the block, using their IHG status. If you have that, we highly encourage you try to get a better deal! CUTOFF DATE FOR BLOCK IS AUGUST 16th!

Seesaw's Lodge

We were able to secure a full property buyout with a 2 night minimum. I would think of it as a large Airbnb compound that we would essentially be taking over. There is a hot tub and fire pit as well as a restaurant on the property (called Johnny Seesaws) that is open to the public Friday and Saturday so guests could dine here the night of the rehearsal dinner if they’d like. There is live music and bonfires and the menu looks great. The lodge is 15 minutes from town, but we will have buses for the whole day of the wedding to get back and forth. If you would like to book any remaining rooms or cabins, reach out to Josh via email (guestservices@seesawslodge.com) to secure your room. I would recommend against calling as the staff on premises (as they are a working restaurant and bar) are not as close to guest accommodations.

Another mainstay in Manchester that is dog friendly. No room block available as they require 3 night minimums.

More details to come on the specific schedule, but know that we will have everyone covered on the day of the wedding (from pickup to drop-offs following the afterparty). As mentioned, we can coordinate pickups if you stay at an Airbnb, just let us know and we'll add it to the driver's route.

Turo (Car Rental App)

For those who haven't used this, we highly recommend. Think of it as the Airbnb/VRBO for people's cars - way more convenient than traditional rental car companies (I think we all have had at least one bad experience there).

Flight

Albany International Airport or Boston Logan International Airport

Albany International Airport is roughly 1.5 hours from Manchester, Vermont. Boston Logan International Airport is roughly 3 hours from Manchester, Vermont. We would recommend looking at both as well as rental car options to compare.
