Traveling to Fire Island

To get to the car-free Island, you will park and leave your car at one of the Fire Island Ferries parking lots. They are located at 99, 104, and 123 Maple Ave, Bay Shore, NY. Hop on the ferry which will take you across the bay to the island where a fun weekend awaits. If your lodging is in Kismet, be sure to get on the Kismet ferry. According to the current ferry schedule, Monday-Friday trips to Kismet will run via the main ferry terminal at the 99 Maple Ave parking lot. Weekend trips to Kismet will run via the Saltaire/Kismet terminal located at the Maple Avenue Marina parking lot at 123 Maple Ave. If your lodging is in Lonelyville at the Rudder-Foti house, be sure to get on the Dunewood ferry located at the main ferry terminal at 99 Maple Ave.

The Boatel is an 11 suite beach front hotel located directly next to the ceremony space and just a few steps away from the cocktail hour/reception location.

Moonrise Motel

With 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites, the brand new Moonrise Motel is less than a 5 minute walk to both the ceremony and reception location. A room can be booked via their website for a 3 night minimum stay or you can contact the manager, Gina, directly at gina@stndprovisions.com to book a shorter stay. Make sure to mention the wedding!
