A shuttle will pick guests up to take them to the wedding venue from the Downtown Greensboro Marriott at 4:00 PM. This is the only pickup time and location, so please be on time!
5:00 pm - 10:30 pm
There will be a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and some light hors d'oeuvres.
8:30 pm - 10:30 pm
The shuttle will make 3 trips from the wedding venue throughout the night to take guests back to the Downtown Greensboro Marriott: 8:30 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10:30 PM (end of reception). Please note, you will not be able to take an Uber or Lyft back to your hotel (or home) from the wedding venue, even if it is a ride scheduled ahead of time. If you're not planning on driving (or carpooling with a driver) back to your hotel after the reception, you'll need to use the shuttle, schedule a taxi, or schedule a private car service to get back to your hotel.

All guests are welcome to continue the festivities and pop in for some arcade games at Boxcar Bar + Arcade after the reception has ended! During the last trip back to the Downtown Greensboro Marriott after the reception (10:30), the shuttle will make a stop at Boxcar Bar + Arcade for guests that would like to continue the festivities.
