What's the dress code?

Answer

Formal. Men Recommended Attire: A suit (tie is optional) and Dress Shoes Women Recommended Attire: A long evening dress or formal cocktail-length dress.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the Marriot Puerto Vallarta next to Las Casitas restaurant.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your formal wedding invitation says lists a +1 then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited to your wedding invitation.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

We want you to be safe and comfortable! RSVP's will include a note where you can 'Advise on any dietary requirements'. Please also e-mail the bride at Vazquez.Jessica87@gmail.com to let her know of any vegan/vegetarian/allergies/gluten-free food options.

Is Puerto Vallarta safe?

Answer

Yes, it is! There is very little crime in Puerto Vallarta, and the incidents that do arise are usually petty when compared to the U.S. The tourist police here are friendly and very helpful. Nonetheless, as always, make use of common sense and be aware; at night stay on main streets within the touristic area, as you would anywhere else.

Central Standard Time for most of the year.

Will I be able to use my credit cards in Puerto Vallarta?

Answer

Yes, most credit cards are accepted in touristic areas, however, we suggest that you ask before planning to pay with a credit card at each location, or just bring cash to be safe. Remember to call your bank and let them know that you will be traveling to Mexico before you leave; some credit cards have a built in security feature that will freeze your account, otherwise.

Will I have Internet access?

Answer

Yes, there is Wi-Fi in most properties and hotel lobbies, and there are also a number of free hotspots around Puerto Vallarta.

Can I drink the water from the sink?

Answer

Most hotels and villas have their own purification system, so no need to fear when brushing your teeth or swallowing a pill; nevertheless, we recommend you stick to purified water, just to be safe!

El Barracuda: is a small restaurant located in the heart of Playa Camarones, the only Certified Beach in town.
