What COVID safety measures are there?

Answer

We are so lucky that our venue has multiple layers of precaution: 1. Spain Ranch has installed hospital grade air filters throughout the space. 2. It is an indoor/outdoor venue so there will be plenty of tables and seating completely outside, as well as ability to hear the music and watch what is happening inside for most of the evening. Even the dance floor is surrounded by French doors that open to the patio courtyard. There will be plenty of fresh air inside all night AND plenty of room outside to party and spread out. 3. Since we're able to have up to 1/3 of our guests outside, we will have more room inside. 4. We are requesting that ALL guests are vaccinated and/or tested within 48 hours of the event. We ask that anyone with a positive test or known exposure within 10 days of kindly not attend. If you are concerned about this, please restrict your chance of exposure leading up to the party. 5. Please request outdoor seating if that helps you feel more comfortable attending.

are kids invited?

Answer

We love kids, especially yours! Kids are welcome at all events except the main reception on Friday night. We have some sitter recommendations lined up if you need them!

Question

will there be transportation to the reception?

Answer

We are providing buses back from Spain Ranch to downtown. Our hope is that guests will either drive themselves or Uber/Lyft out to the Ranch and we will help get you back into town. There is no transportation TO the event, only FROM.
