Darius and Jessica met in Darius’s hometown, Hagerstown Maryland. Hagerstown is a small quaint town with mountains to hike, rivers to kayak, and unique bars with cheap drinks. Jessica was in nursing school and worked as a certified nursing assistant in the local NICU. Darius was working as a chef at his dad's local restaurant. They met when Jessica went to meet a cute new puppy at the infamous Cleveland (ask the couple for more details). This puppy, named Carson, happened to belong to Darius. After that meeting, they became good friends. While building their friendship, Jessica and Darius found their love through nature, eating spicy food, going to music festivals, and watching their favorite sports teams. They now couldn’t imagine a life without each other.
