Venue The ceremony and reception will be held at The Loft at Stone Oak. Parking is limited, so we encourage guests to carpool whenever possible. Arrival Time Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins so we can get started on time. Indoor or Outdoor? The ceremony will take place outdoors, with the reception held indoors. The venue has a backup plan in place should inclement weather arise. Photos & Videos We'd love for you to capture the memories! Feel free to take photos and videos throughout the day. We simply ask that all phones be silenced during the ceremony. Dress Code Cocktail casual. Dress comfortably and appropriately for the season. Weather The wedding takes place in February — Arkansas's last full month of winter. We strongly recommend bringing layers, a jacket, or other warm clothing to stay comfortable during the outdoor ceremony. Hotel Accommodations We have room blocks available at two nearby hotels. Be sure to mention the "Reagan & Whitledge Wedding" when booking to receive the special group rate. Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are very limited in the area, so having your own transportation will make things much easier. Children Kids are welcome! We'll have kid-friendly activities and a dedicated playroom available. Parents are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.
