When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think suits, dress shirts with ties and slacks, dresses, or dressy separates. Please, no jeans. Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors, and requires a short walk along a dirt path from the lodge. Colorado weather can be unpredictable, especially in the mountains, so we recommend additional layers.

Are kids welcome?

While we love all the children of our friends and family, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children not specifically listed on the invitation. Please let us know if you need assistance in arranging childcare.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know your dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking across the street from the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided to and from the ceremony from the Estes Park Resort and Holiday Inn. Guests staying elsewhere may also take the shuttle, but will need to board at one of the hotels. Shuttle pickup to the ceremony will be 2pm from the Estes Park Resort and 2:20 from the Holiday Inn. Shuttles will leave the reception at 9pm and 10pm. *We strongly encourage guests take the shuttle. If you do opt to drive, you can leave your car overnight, but they must be picked up the following morning. We will provide a shuttle on Sunday between 8:30a and 11:30a from both hotels to Wild Basin Lodge if you do leave your car overnight.
