Rehearsal Dinner

Dressy Casual/Cocktail

We are so excited to celebrate with all of you! As part of the festivities, we will be hosting a special rehearsal dinner the evening before the wedding. This gathering is a chance for us to spend time with our family and friends that have traveled in to see us. Please note: Due to space limitations, this event is reserved for our wedding party & out-of-state guests only. For our local guests, if you are in the area, we recommend checking out Ed's Cantina, Bird & Jim, and The Rock Inn Mountain Tavern. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with everyone at the wedding!

Ceremony

3:30 pm

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please arrive EARLY as there is a short walk to the ceremony location from the main lodge. Shuttle pickup to the ceremony will be 2pm from The Estes Park Resort and 2:20 from The Holiday Inn. Shuttles will leave the reception at 9pm and 10pm. *We strongly encourage guests take the shuttle. If you do opt to drive, you can leave your car overnight, but they must be picked up the following day by 10am. We will provide a shuttle on Sunday between 8:30a and 11:30a from both hotels to Wild Basin Lodge if you do leave your car overnight.

Farewell Brunch

9:00 am - 12:30 pm
