Where are you registered?

Answer

We have a Amazon Registry and one here on Zola at the Registry tab. We really don’t need anything for our house but any contribution towards the honeymoon helps. We will be driving to Disney in Orlando Florida. On our amazon is mostly things we need like sunscreen and ponchos and on our Zola you can put towards various things that will make it happen.

Is the wedding kid friendly?

Answer

It is! We will have glow sticks and dancing and a photobooth etc. We do not have anyone designated to watch children at the event so if you do bring your children you do need to keep an eye on them.

What kind of food will you be having?

Answer

We plan on having American-Mexican food being served by our lovely caterer in a buffet style.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will have alcohol, beer and wine. It’s extremely important that you keep your drink with you because there will be underage participants at this wedding. We also will have a bartender serving.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our colors are Green, Black, Silver and white but honestly wear whatever makes sense for you comfort wise. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors. Wedding casual.

Where do we park?

Answer

There are two parking lots on both the left and right sides of the club house. Due to the size of the parking lot we appreciate anyone that can carpool to help save the limited space. If people want to meet in the Publix shopping center down the street and carpool over that is a possibility.

Are masks required?

Answer

They are not but we have boxes of disposable black masks that are medical grade for anyone that would feel more comfortable wearing one.

How late is the reception?

Answer

So the timeline were hoping is ceremony from 3pm to 4pm than the reception will be from 4pm to 10pm will 11pm being the latest.

Is there anything I can help with?

Answer

I honestly have no idea. I’ve never planned anything this big before. I’m constantly looking like a anime character with stress lines but I’m also the dog in the burning building that says “it’s fine” so if you want to be assigned a task I will give you one. There’s a few questions I don’t have fully figured out myself either.

Will there be dancing and music?

Answer

YES!!! I have a vision for How I want the room setup and the dancing will be dead in the center. Get ready to get groooooovvvyyy.

Can I bring my own Alcohol?

Answer

No, please don’t do that. We will be providing.

Can you smoke?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking at all in or near the club house but the grassy area where the ceremony will be taking place earlier in the day across the street will be a wide open space that we can’t stop you from smoking in at night.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

So I looked at the wedding location than went through a list of local hotels by price and read their reviews and put in our travel page on the wedding some that are nearby and we’ll priced with decent reviews. I also added a few really well priced and highly rated hotels in Charleston as well to the list.

Can I take pictures and post on social media during the wedding?

Answer

We have a hashtag! #websterwedding so please if you can remember anything you post tag us and use the hashtag. We don’t mind you taking photos! We’ll also have a photographer and a photobooth during the reception. We also will have disposable cameras that we’d like people to take photos with and leave them for us to develop. It’ll be fun tagging people in the weird zany 90s looking photos.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Ceremony is hopefully starting at 3 so between 2:30 and 2:45 would be amazing just so we can get everyone seated.

How do I get home?

Answer

If you plan on drinking above 0.08 percent please make sure you have a ride home. Locally we have Uber and Lyft. The bride and groom plan on Ubering to their hotel for their wedding night and won’t be able to give anyone rides.
