When should I arrive?

Answer

For the ceremony to begin at 3 pm, please arrive anytime after 2 pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is smart casual, but please dress comfortably. The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) in a grassy area by the lakeside gazebo. The reception will be indoors, but there is also a large covered deck if the weather is nice.

Where should I park?

Answer

The conference center has it's own free parking lot directly adjacent to the venue. Walking from the parking lot requires navigating a slight incline and short flight of stairs. Please let us know in advance if you need handicap parking as those spaces are extremely limited and we want to accommodate everyone.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Please stay for as long as you are enjoying yourself, or 10pm, whichever comes first.

What games can I bring?

Answer

Please bring your favorite board game, a deck of cards, or a puzzle. If the weather is nice maybe cornhole, ladder ball, or a frisbee are more your speed. We have lots of indoor table space, a covered deck, and a large grassy area to accommodate a variety of your favorite group activities.

What happens if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather the ceremony will be held inside. There is also a large deck covered by a tent for overflow and fresh air.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that you let our photographers handle the pictures during the ceremony. We will make these pictures available on the website for all to see and enjoy. Please take as many pictures as you like any other time during the celebration.
