Our primary room block has been reserved at the Cassara Carlsbad Resort & Spa, where our wedding party and immediate families will be staying throughout the weekend. With its beautiful coastal setting, resort-style amenities, and convenient location, the Cassara serves as the central gathering place for many of our wedding festivities. Complimentary wedding-day shuttle service will depart from and return to the Cassara. Following the reception, we'll continue the celebration with an after-party at the Cassara hotel bar until midnight. Room Rate: $219 per night (plus taxes)
Hotel
We have also secured a more limited room block at Home2 Suites by Hilton Carlsbad, located just a short drive from the Cassara. This hotel offers spacious accommodations, complimentary breakfast, and free parking. Room Rate: $149 per night (plus taxes)
Shuttle
October 25, 2026 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Cassara Hotel and Monserate Winery on the wedding day. The shuttle will depart from the Cassara Hotel at 2:30 PM and will pick up from Monserate Winery at 10:00 PM at the conclusion of the evening's festivities. Guests staying at nearby hotels are welcome to drive to the Cassara Hotel, park their car there at no cost, and take the wedding shuttle. We recognize that many guests may choose to rent a car during the weekend to travel between events and explore the area. Guests are also welcome to drive themselves directly to and from the venue if preferred. Complimentary parking is available at Monserate Winery; however, vehicles may not be left overnight. Please note that there will be one scheduled departure to the venue and one return trip to the hotel.
