Pre-Ceremony Gathering
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Sturdy shoes for grass. It will be warm before sunset but then could get chilly at night so bring layers.
There will be beverages and some light bites. We will arrive during this window and gather before the sunset ceremony. Bring instruments if you want to play and sing with us around the fire! You are invited to bring songs, dance, performance, comedy, anything you feel inspired to share. No pressure to perform, just looking to have a fun summer evening celebration with sweet friends. <3
Ceremony
6:15 pm - 7:00 pm
We invite you to express yourselves and wear your favorite funky formal fun frocks! Think bright colors, feathers, sparkles, party and festival clothes! Whatever makes you feel and look great will be just exactly perfect!
We will meet near sunset for our ceremony at the Fireside Stage! Please note that the ground is uneven in some areas.
Dinner and Reception!
7:15 pm - 11:00 pm
After our ceremony, we will gather for dinner by the Porch Stage. We will have a mix of tables with chairs, and picnic blankets for a cozy, family style Ethiopian meal. Following dinner, there will be music provided by Radio Gatsby and dancing at the Porch Stage! There will also be a fire pit and areas to sit and make music together. There are other magical things in store - we are excited to share this memorable night with you!
After Party!

Think cozy, silly, onesies, High Sierra/JamCruise/Burning Man, summer time vibes!
Late Night After Party!! For those who'd like to continue the celebration into the wee hours... There will be music at the Fireside Stage, including Further Ado, Cello Joe, and DJ MelleM! Think Song Circle, Joke Hoop, Tea Service, Sauna and more! Straight on till morning into Sunrise Kickball...

An homage to those silliest of High Sierra Music Festival and JamCruise mornings... the Silent Disco stragglers, the kim chi quesadillas a la Kirk, the fun outfits, the whistles and noisemakers, the music, the friendly (yet sometimes serious?) competition... and the wide variety of special shenanigans that entail Sunrise Kickball. We challenge you to contribute your silliest offering to this hilarious event! Stay up late or wake up early and come get weird and wacky with us!
Brunch and Departures
1:00 pm
We will be eating a very casual brunch and saying leisurely goodbyes in the afternoon and early evening. If anyone wants to stay into Monday to continue to hang and help us restore Rosebud please let us know!
