What is the Dress Code?

Answer

For our wedding ceremony we will be having a traditional Catholic ceremony so we ask that you join us in business casual attire. For our reception, however, we want you to be comfortable so you enjoy your time while celebrating with us, so please feel free to leave those high heels at home and come in a more business casual attire.

Can I Bring My Kiddos?

Answer

We know how hard it can be to find a baby sitter, so please feel free to bring your little ones. If you feel you'll enjoy yourselves more if they stay home that's more than ok as well!

Do I have to Attend the Ceremony and the Reception?

Answer

We have chosen to have a traditional Catholic Wedding Ceremony with a Mass that will be held in Christ The King Church. We understand many of our guests are not members of our chosen faith. Please do not feel bad missing our ceremony we want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible! Do feel free to join us later in the evening for the reception if you wish!

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

On some invitations we have said "And Guest". If the invitation addressed to you says this, you are more than welcome to bring your plus one. However, if it does not we ask that just you join us for the celebrations.

Why is There Such a Large Gap Between the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Many wedding ceremonies and receptions are right after the other. However, because we are having two locations we felt it was best to have a break in between for those joining us for both to be able to change into a more comfortable attire to dance the night away! During this break we will be taking our wedding photos and insuring the reception is in top shape for our night to remember! Feel free to explore one of our favorite activities in Idaho Falls that you can explore on the "Things To Do" tab of our website.

Can I Take Photos?

Answer

Our ceremony is a traditional Catholic mass we’re phones are never welcome. We ask that you respect our faith and keep your phones kept away. We have hired an absolutely amazing photographer who will capture the moment perfectly. At the reception however, we ask you do capture the memories from your angle and if you wish use our hashtag, #martinmarriage!
