August is perhaps the best time of year as this month provides comfortable and relatively dry weather for most outdoor activities and for just exploring the city. Afternoon high temperatures will tend to be around 22-23 C (mid-70s F) early in the month and about 21 C (near 70 F) by the end of the month. With about 17-18 days seeing sunny or at least partly sunny skies, August is a great time for walking tours while only 7-8 days are likely to see rainfalls of 1mm (.04 inches) or more. Daylight hours range from over 15 hours early in August gradually diminishing to under 14 hours towards month’s end. Most days wind will not be an issue, averaging between 2 mph and 16 mph (4kph-26 kph).

Well, that's entirely up to you and where you decide to travel before or after the wedding. London can be pretty pricey, but in the countryside you should find pricing relative to that of the US. While the bride and groom are providing food for the night before the wedding as well as brunch and dinner on the wedding day, snacks, drinks, etc. on those days or the days after will be entirely on you.

Fun fact: The outlets in England are not at all like the outlets we have here. So you will need an adapter to make sure that you can charger your phone, curl your hair, etc. These can be found through most chain supply stores as well as through amazon.

Should I be concerned about pickpocketing?
Answer
Yes, its a very common practice in most of Europe for people to get pickpocketed. We suggest you do your own independent research to avoid an encounter. Additionally, while a lock and key purse and bookbag may cost money, these hands cost no money and are just as effective.

Ok Nosy, We are having a very intimate wedding where only our closest friends and family have been invited. We are anticipating 20 people attending the wedding. We arranged the guest list so that everyone attending knew at least 1 person at the wedding other than the couple.
