Are kids welcome?

Answer

Weddings are about bringing family together… including children! Of course they are welcome to attend. Please mention when you RSVP whether they will want the kids meal or the adult meal.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want to be as accommodating as possible to everyone as long as the venue can handle it. Just let us know what dietary restrictions you have.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be outdoors, but the reception will be under a tent with heaters available if needed.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The temperature during this time in San Antonio ranges from 57°F to 74°F and is rarely below 44°F or above 84°F.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We have rented a 50 passenger bus to take guests from the hotel to the venue and back. There will be one trip going to the venue which leaves at 4:45 PM. We anticipate two trips from the venue back to the hotel.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking if you would prefer to drive yourself.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the open bar will serve wine and bottle beers.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

February 15th, but you are welcome to RSVP earlier!

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

We would like our guests to arrive at the venue by 5:15 PM so the ceremony can begin at 5:30 PM. We are going to keep the ceremony short and sweet! There will be a cocktail hour from 6 to 7 PM, followed by the reception until 10:30 PM.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Answer

Dean & Teresa Reker will be hosting a Taco Thursday at the house for anyone who is in town early. There will also be a BBQ rehearsal dinner at their house on Friday.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We ask that you do not interrupt the ceremony with camera sounds or flashes. Please put your phone on silent and allow the photographers to take the photos they need to take.

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

You are welcome to post photos, but be sure to ask permission from any guests, especially those with children.
