More than two years ago, we found ourselves at a Castro dance club on a Friday night. After confessing our mutual feelings for each other to a friend, the next day Timothy came over to Jesse's to watch the classic campy movie "Death Becomes Her". We were immediately inseparable. At the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve in NY during the first year of dating, we decided to move in together. That was the first of many nights spent together enjoying each other's company. Together we have seen countless musicals, traveled to multiple countries, gone on our first cruise, baptized Jesse's nephews, hosted house parties, done escape rooms all by ourselves, learned how to play multiple board and card games, spent holidays with family and friends, solved countless crossword puzzles, and so much more. It was only perfect that the decision to get married would happen in New York on New Year's Eve on the same trip that we watched the musical version of "Death Becomes Her". Like Madeline Ashton and Helen Sharp, we are now committed to spending our lives together, promising to use spray paint only when needed.
