Dumbo is our favorite place to take visitors! Walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park, which spans about 1 mile along the water for beautiful views of Manhattan, the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge. NYC’s most Instagrammable spot: the intersection of Washington Street and Water Street with the Manhattan Bridge in the background. Brooklyn Flea is on Saturday and Sunday which brings in dozens of vendors selling vintage clothing, furniture, and more. Highly suggest visiting!
There is a walking path on the Brooklyn Bridge which offers beautiful views of the skyline. Highly recommend starting on the Brooklyn side and walking toward Manhattan. To walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, use the Brooklyn Bridge Pedestrian Walkway which begins at the intersection of Tillary Street and Boerum Place or access the pedestrian walkway via the staircase located in the underpass on Washington Street/Cadman Plaza East and Prospect Street.
