The Charles Hotel

This is where we are getting married. The hotel only has 12 rooms, so if you would like to stay here, please book your accommodation in advance. To secure our event rate, book your room(s) directly through the hotels website and enter the reservation code "257370" in the "Group ID" box of the booking screen. Alternatively, you can call the hotel at 1-800-474-0632 and ask for their "reservation line", be sure to provide them with the Group ID as noted. Please note that the event rate is only available between Friday to Sunday. Available rooms are $300/night, plus taxes and fees.

While flying into Hamilton can be a bit more expensive, the airport is smaller, less busy, and they probably won't lose your luggage (looking at you Toronto).
