When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP to all scheduled events by January 3, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00PM, guests may begin arriving at 1:30PM

Do you have a gift registry?
Answer
We do not have a gift registry. If you are considering a gift, we would be honored if you would contribute to our honeymoon fund instead.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, attire is Garden Party Formal, a dress code that combines elements of formal attire with a relaxed, outdoor vibe. Think of it as a blend of elegance and comfort. It's about looking polished and put-together, but in a way that's suitable for an outdoor setting. For women, this could mean a chic midi dress in a floral print. For men, a light-colored suit or blazer could be the ticket.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

At this time, free parking is only available for guests staying at The Charles. There is paid-parking spaces available near the hotel, along Queen St and Simcoe St. If we are able to reserve parking stalls for the ceremony and/or reception, this information will be communicated prior to the wedding.

What time does the reception begin?
Answer
Starting at 4:00PM, cocktails & hors d’oeuvres will be served. Guests will be seated for dinner at 5:00PM, with the first course to be served at 5:30PM.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes, these events are listed under the RSVP section of our website. Events are as follows: 1. The Welcome Dinner, on April 11, 2025 2. The Wedding (which includes the ceremony and reception), on April 12, 2025 3. The After Party, on April 12. 2025 (after the wedding!)
